When to contact us

Contact us when you:

  • encounter an error or technical issue,

  • need support using a feature,

  • want to report a bug,

  • have a question about permissions, roles, or access rights,

  • need help managing or configuring your organization.

When to contact an administrator in your organization

Contact respective administrators in the platform when you:

  • need access to a specific resource, solution or workspace,

  • want to collaborate with another organization in the Polyteia Platform,

  • want to delete or modify your account or profile from the organization,

  • want to invite new members to your organization.
