How to reach us

For questions or concerns, you can reach us by phone at 030 – 549083250 or by email at [email protected]. We are available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 (CET). Feel free to attach screenshots or relevant information to your email to help us process your request.

When to contact us

Contact us when you:

  • encounter an error or technical issue,

  • need support using a feature,

  • want to report a bug,

  • have a question about permissions, roles, or access rights,

  • need help managing or configuring your organization.

When to contact an administrator in your organization

Contact respective administrators in the platform when you:

  • need access to a specific resource, solution or workspace,

  • want to collaborate with another organization in the Polyteia Platform,

  • want to delete or modify your account or profile from the organization,

  • want to invite new members to your organization.

Join our weekly online office hours for personalized support, live demonstrations, and answers to your questions about the Polyteia Platform.

When: Every Thursday from 14:00 - 15:00 CET Format: Online video session via Webex Language: Sessions conducted in German
