Resources

Access and manage your datasets, insights and reports from a central location.

The Datasets, Insights and Reports overviews provide quick access to resources within your organization. You can find these pages in the sidebar under the "Resources" section. The views offer search, filter, and sort functions.

Where to find them

Go to the left sidebar to:

• Datasets to access all datasets where you have at least view access to metadata

• Insights to access all insights where you are the owner or a viewer

• Reports to access all reports where you are have at least view access

These overviews show all elements you have access to – regardless of which workspace or solution they are in.

What you can do

Both overviews offer similar functions:

Function	Description
Search	Search specifically for a dataset or insight.
Filter by tags	Narrow down results using self-defined tags.
Filter by role	Only show resources where you are Owner, Editor, or Viewer.
Sort by columns	Sort by Name, Solution, Admin, or Tags.
Direct actions	Create a new resource directly with the button above the table.
