Profile

Manage your role in an organization on the Polyteia Platform.

Your profile represents your role within an organization on the Polyteia Platform. Each organization you join gives you a distinct profile—allowing you to be an Administrator in one and a Member in another.

Your account remains the same - the profile is what others in the organization see.

Profile management

Go to Settings → Personal → Profile to:

• Edit your name – This is displayed to other users in your organization (e.g., in sharing dialogs or user lists)

• Leave the organization – This will remove your access to all workspaces, datasets, and solutions of this organization

Leaving an organization is final. If you want to return, you must be invited again. All permissions associated with the deleted profile will be lost.

Example

You can use the same account to access the following organizations:

• Organization A (County X) with the profile name "Max Müller"

• Organization B (City Y) with the profile name "M. Müller (Planning)"

Each profile can be adapted to the respective organizational context.
