Learn about security measures and encryption in the Polyteia Platform.

The Polyteia Platform implements comprehensive measures to continuously ensure the security of all data and systems. The Polyteia Platform maintains an IT security concept in accordance with the IT baseline protection of the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) and is currently undergoing ISO 27001 certification to systematically and sustainably ensure information security.

All data processed by the Polyteia Platform is consistently encrypted - both in transit and at rest. We use the AES-256 encryption standard and enforce at least TLS 1.2 for all connections.

To detect and address security vulnerabilities early, continuous vulnerability scans are performed at both the infrastructure and application levels of the platform. Additionally, regular independent penetration tests are conducted to secure the platform against a variety of threat scenarios.

All employees at Polyteia regularly undergo security training focusing on compliant data processing and secure software development according to OWASP principles.
