Tags

Create and manage tags to organize and categorize your organization's resources.

Tags are labels that you can use to categorize resources like datasets or insights. You can create, edit, or delete your own tags and assign them individual colors and descriptions.

Create a new tag

  1. Go to Settings → [Your Organization] → Tags

  2. Click on Create tag

  3. In the dialog:

    • Enter a name

    • (Optional) Add a description

    • Choose a color (or enter a hex code)

    • Click on Save

All created tags are available to all users in your organization and can be reused organization-wide.

Edit tag

  1. Find the tag in the list

  2. Click on the ... menu on the right

  3. Select Edit tag

  4. Update name, description, or color

  5. Click on Save

Delete tag

  1. Click on the ... menu next to a tag

  2. Select Delete

  3. Confirm the deletion

Deleting a tag does not affect resources where it has already been used. However, the deleted tag will no longer be available for future use.

Use tags to make it easier to search and filter resources like datasets or insights in your workspace or solution.
