Manage reports

Learn how to manage and share reports in the Polyteia Platform.

Once a report has been created, it can be managed via the Save dropdown or the ... menu in the top right corner of the editor. Available actions include saving changes, sharing with others in your solution, or permanently deleting the report.

Where to find report management actions

Click the Save button or the ... menu in the top right of the report editor to open the available options.

Available options

Action	Description
Save	Saves your latest changes to the report. This option is only visible to the report creator.
Delete	Permanently removes the report from the solution. Only the creator can delete.
Copy link	Copies a direct link to the report. You can share this with other users in your solution.

Notes on visibility and permissions

• Reports are visible to all users in the same solution, but insights added to the report can only be rendered if the report viewer also has editor or owner permissions on the underlying datasets of the insights.

• Only the report owner can delete the report.

• Report editors can edit the report and save the changes.
