Learn about the different types of permissions in the Polyteia Platform.

Permissions in the Polyteia Platform define what actions users can perform. They are grouped into different categories:

Administrative permissions

• Manage members and roles

• Configure settings

• Delete objects

• Release content

Content permissions

• Create and edit content

• Upload files

• Create forms and evaluations

• Generate insights

Collaboration permissions

• Comment on content

• Share resources

• Assign tasks

• Participate in discussions

View permissions

• View content

• Download files

• Access reports

• View analytics

Roles are defined by a combination of these permissions. For example, an Administrator role typically includes all administrative and content permissions, while a Viewer role may only have view permissions.
