Learn about the navigation system and how to access different parts of the platform.

The Polyteia Platform features an intuitive navigation system that streamlines user access to workspaces, solutions, and resources like datasets. The platform encompasses a sidebar, a home dashboard, and overviews for resources, solutions, and workspaces, along with a path navigation tool. These components are crafted to enhance orientation, minimize clicks, and provide swift access to frequently used content.

Sidebar

The sidebar on the left is your main navigation tool, offering access to:

• The organization switcher at the top

• The Home page that leads to your dashboard

• Resources such as Datasets and Insights

• Your favorited Solutions and Workspaces where you are a member

• Settings and Help at the bottom

Home

The Home page is your personal entry point. It shows:

• Your favorited workspaces, solutions, and resources

• A complete list of all workspaces and solutions you have access to

Resource pages

Utilize the Datasets, Insights and Reports pages for a comprehensive overview. These pages allow you to search, sort, and filter by name, tags, or roles, and provide direct access to content.

Path navigation

At the top edge of each content page, you'll see a path navigation that shows your current position, e.g.:

Home > Workspace > Solution > Insight ⭐️

This way you can see where you are and navigate back to previous pages.

Favorites

Next to the page title, you'll find a star symbol ⭐ at the top of the path navigation. Click it to add the element to your favorites. Favorited elements appear directly on your home page for quick access.

Favorites are available for:

• Insights

• Datasets

• Forms

• Reports

• Solutions

• Workspaces

A practical way to keep frequently used content quickly accessible.
