Solutions
Organisieren Sie Ihre Ressourcen fachspezifisch in Lösungen.
Solutions are designed for specific tasks, projects, or topics within your workspace. A solution is where you can create and utilize various resources. To aid in accomplishing your subject-specific tasks, you can develop forms, reports, insights, and datasets. Collaborate with team members to enhance and share these resources effectively.
Create a solution
You can create solutions from the overview page in a workspace. Go to Home → [Your workspace] → Overview. On this page, you'll find an overview of your solutions in a table. Above this table, you can create a new solution using the Create solution button.
Then give your solution a name and description. Finally, click Create.

Roles and permissions
Members of solutions in Polyteia can have one of three roles:
Admins have full access to solution specific settings and actions, including editing metadata, inviting users, and managing access.
Members can create, manage, and view resources (e.g., datasets, forms, or reports), but cannot manage users or solution settings.
Guests (coming soon) have read-only access and cannot make changes.
A solution can have multiple admins. The creator of a solution is automatically an admin of the solution.
Best practices
Limit admin access to those who actually need to manage users and settings to avoid unintended changes.
Carefully assign members to ensure that only authorized users can create, edit forms and workflows, and view datasets.
Use guests for read-only access to avoid unnecessary exposure of sensitive solution data.
