Easy login via web browser over the internet.

Polyteia is a web-based software. This means you can easily access the software through any standard web browser (e.g., Edge, Chrome or Firefox). To access the Polyteia platform, users must sign in with their email address. By default, a one-time code is sent to your inbox. Alternatively, you can set up a password and enable two-factor authentication (TOTP) to increase security.

Sign in with One-Time Code

The default sign-in is passwordless. Enter your email address – you'll receive a 6-digit one-time code via email. The code is valid for 15 minutes.

If you don't receive the code:

• Check your spam folder.

• Click on Resend one-time code.

• Contact us at [e-mail] if the issue persists.

Sign in with Password

If you've set up a password in your account settings, you can alternatively sign in with email and password.

To switch methods, click on Log in with password on the sign-in page.

You must first set up a password under Settings → Account.

Two-Factor Authentication (TOTP)

For even more security, enable TOTP with an authenticator app like Microsoft Authenticator, Duo, or Google Authenticator.

After entering your code or password, you'll be prompted to enter another 6-digit code from your app.

We recommend enabling all three methods:

• One-time code for standard access

• Password as a fallback option

• TOTP for additional protection
