# Profil

Ihr **Profil** zeigt, wie Sie innerhalb einer bestimmten Organisation auf der Polyteia-Plattform erscheinen. Jede Organisation, der Sie beitreten, weist Ihnen ein separates Profil zu – so können Sie beispielsweise in einer Organisation Administrator und in einer anderen Mitglied sein.

Ihr Konto bleibt dabei immer gleich - das Profil ist das, was andere in der Organisation sehen.

### Profilverwaltung

Gehen Sie zu **Einstellungen** → **Persönlich** → **Profil**, um:

* **Ihren Namen zu bearbeiten** – Dieser wird anderen Nutzern in Ihrer Organisation angezeigt (z. B. in Teilen-Dialogen oder Benutzerlisten)
* **Die Organisation zu verlassen** – Dadurch verlieren Sie den Zugriff auf alle Arbeitsbereiche, Datensätze und Lösungen dieser Organisation

Das Verlassen einer Organisation ist final. Wenn Sie zurückkehren möchten, müssen Sie erneut eingeladen werden. Alle Berechtigungen, die mit dem gelöschten Profil verknüpft waren, gehen verloren.

#### Beispiel:

Sie können dasselbe Konto verwenden, um auf folgende Organisationen zuzugreifen:

* **Organisation A (Landkreis X)** mit dem Profilnamen „Max Müller"
* **Organisation B (Stadt Y)** mit dem Profilnamen „M. Müller (Planung)"

Jedes Profil kann an den jeweiligen organisatorischen Kontext angepasst werden.
