# Konto

Ihr Zugang zur Polyteia-Plattform.

Ihr **Konto** ist Ihr persönlicher Zugang zur Polyteia-Plattform. Es speichert Ihre E-Mail-Adresse, Ihr Passwort und Ihre Sicherheitseinstellungen. Auf Basis dieses Kontos können Sie ein oder mehrere **Profile** in verschiedenen Organisationen haben.

Stellen Sie sich das so vor:

* **Konto** = Ihr Schlüssel zur Plattform
* **Profil** = Ihre Präsenz innerhalb einer Organisation

Beispiel: Wenn Sie Teil von **Stadt Musterstadt** und **LK Datenstadt** sind, haben Sie ein Konto (E-Mail-Adresse und Anmeldung), aber zwei Profile – je eines pro Organisation.

### Übersicht Kontoeinstellungen

Sie verwalten Ihr Konto unter **Einstellungen** → **Persönlich** → **Konto**.

#### Anmeldung

* **E-Mail-Adresse** – Ändern Sie die E-Mail-Adresse für die Anmeldung
* **Passwort** – Passwort festlegen oder aktualisieren

#### Authenticator-App

* **TOTP** – Zusätzliche Sicherheit mit einer Zwei-Faktor-App wie Authy oder Microsoft Authenticator

#### Kontoaktionen

* **Abmelden** – Abmelden aus Ihrer aktuellen Sitzung
* **Konto löschen** – Konto dauerhaft löschen (nur möglich, wenn Sie keiner Organisation mehr angehören)
